Repeat sellers

27,107 different homes held a sale from 2012 to 2025. 45% of them held more than one, usually about 10 months apart, and 10% held sales in five or more different years.

Some addresses hold more sales in a year than a single home can get permits for. Those are apartment complexes and other communities: 60 of them, holding 1.4% of all sales, busiest in October. They're never named here.
